guided tree meditations in fremantle

Come recharge your body, mind and soul at a series of guided tree meditation, lead by me, Susan Hill, Sunday mornings, in amongst the trees at Booyeembara Park, Fremantle.

Taking inspiration from First Nations peoples around the world and their connection to trees, as well as their wisdom and healing properties; I will lead a series of free or by donation, guided meditations, at 9.30am on alternate Sundays (not including school holidays) starting 10th August.

Please gather at 9.15am (for a 9.30am start) at the Reconciliation Circle, near the limestone sculpture of the Wagyl (giant snake), north east of the lake, at Booyeembara Park. Parking is available along Montreal Street. Please bring warm, comfortable clothes, a raincoat, a rug or mat to sit on and a reusable cup. Following the relaxing, 25 minute meditation, you are welcome stay for a hot cuppa and chat.

Everyone is welcome, although children under 10yrs may find it more difficult to stay silent for 25mins. Children of all ages are welcome at the Children’s Tree Guided Meditation on Sunday 19th of October, which will run for approximately 15mins.
